The PrimeCare Hermosa Health Center will be more than a new building. It will be a welcoming neighborhood resource where individuals and families can access quality, compassionate care close to home.
A New Health Center for Hermosa
PrimeCare Community Health is excited to bring a new health center to Hermosa, expanding access to high-quality, affordable health care for the community.
The new health center is planned to include:
Primary and preventive care
Behavioral health services
Patient support services
On-site pharmacy
21 exam rooms and two procedure rooms
Community meeting and programming space
Tranquility garden
On-site parking

PrimeCare is preparing for demolition and site development as we move toward construction of the new health center.
