Lynn Hopkins, M.S
Chief Executive Officer
Andrea Kuebbeler, LCSW, is the Chief Operating Officer at PrimeCare Health. She has over 20 years of progressive management experience overseeing and advocating for behavioral health services in underserved settings. Her skills include program development, staff management, budgeting and evidence based direct central care. Ms. Kuebbeler has a special interest in behavioral health interventions focused on holistic, integrated care for underserved populations. She opened PrimeCare’s first medication-assisted treatment program for patients struggling with opioid use disorder and is committed to embedding OUD treatment within the primary care setting. In the past, she was the Clinical Director at Alternatives, Inc., a Chicago social service agency providing services to youth and their families. Ms. Kuebbeler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago.

Dr. Anisha Cheruvillil is the Dental Director at PrimeCare Health. She joined PrimeCare Health December 2021. Dr. Cheruvillil attended St. Ambrose University for her undergraduate studies and University of Iowa College of Dentistry & Dental Clinics for her graduate studies. She discovered her passion for public health when serving the underserved population during her clinical rotations at her hometown community hospital. Since then, she has aimed to work in dental clinics where she can continue being an advocate for her patient’s oral health, medical health, and mental health. Dr. Cheruvillil previously worked at another FQHC in Iowa and is excited bring new ideas to PrimeCare to enhance the dental clinics. She is a strong proponent of integrated healthcare and firmly believes in access to optimal healthcare for all individuals.

Sean Burke joined PrimeCare Health as Director of Clinical Services in July 2023. As a Registered Nurse, Sean is a committed agent of social justice through ensuring access to quality and compassionate healthcare for everyone. Throughout his career Sean has served at multiple community and academic based health care settings as both a front line caregiver and leader. He brings a supportive, goal focused leadership style with an emphasis in cultivating relationships across multidisciplinary programs. Sean specializes in FQHC program management, patient care, staff leadership, program development, process improvement, team-building, and budget management.

Erin Howes, MPH is the Senior Director of Quality and Practice Transformation at PrimeCare Health. Erin is bilingual in English and Spanish and has spent her entire career in Federally Qualified Health centers, working in care coordination, billing, data analytics, and quality improvement. She holds a Bachelor’s in Hispanic Studies and Education from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Erin works with all PrimeCare staff to evolve the culture of quality organizationally in a manner that aligns with providing effective, high-quality, and patient-centered care. She is passionate about maternal and child health, vaccination, and increasing access to care.

Bharathi Jayaram, LCSW, RDDP is the Chief Behavioral Health Officer at PrimeCare Health. She brings over 25 years of clinical and management experience to the position. Her career has spanned community-based, health, school, psychiatric and academic settings; her clinical areas of practice include substance use and trauma. She is passionate about mentorship in the field of social work, and increasing access to health and mental health care. Bharathi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Master of Arts in Social Work from The University of Chicago.

Jerron Janecek is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Jerron is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining the PrimeCare team in November 2021, he had been working for a local accounting firm for over four years with a focus on the Not-For-Profit industry sector, including audits, reviews, compilations tax work, and consulting. Jerron’s focus is including financial reporting, productivity reporting, payroll, procurement and accounts payable, grant accounting, 340B Revenue operations/oversight, clinical accounts receivable and revenue, and various special projects. Jerron is graduate of The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, receiving a Bachelor of Science in both Accountancy and Finance.

Maria Nixon became Director of Patient Services at PrimeCare Health in May 2021. Since 2001, she has worked in many different levels of direct patient care and support. She originally began as a registration clerk after graduating from the College of Office Technology. Later, upon completing the Phlebotomy Technician certification program, she served both as a phlebotomist and team lead. Her professional growth and community contributions did not end here. In 2015, she took the practice manager role. It was here that she began to oversee multiple health center locations, including a school-based health center. She assumed additional responsibility only two years later becoming a Senior Practice Manager. This further enabled her to hone her leadership skills and lend consistent support to fellow managers and frontline staff. From her time as Senior Practice Manager and onward, Maria’s part in implementing multiple new patient-centered services has been crucial. As evident by her advancements and accomplishments, Maria is focused, organized, and driven by her passion for all patients and community members’ right to quality and affordable healthcare.

Jerry Granger joined PrimeCare Health as Director of Human Resources on July 2021. He comes to the organization with years of experience in creating collaborative cultures and implementing necessary change to attain workforce excellence. A consummate HR professional, Jerry possesses more than 10 years' experience in policies/procedures, recruitment, training & organizational development, employee engagement, benefits, and payroll. He has also coached others in transformational leadership, intercultural communication, team building, and managing change. His career in HR leadership began at a Fortune 500 retailer before making the switch to healthcare HR at a Level 1 trauma/health system in Chicago. He has since become proficient in community involvement, skilled nursing, and assisted living settings. He holds a master's degree in business administration, a BA in organizational leadership, a human resources management degree, and HR certification.

Karen Laws joined the PrimeCare Health team as Director of Revenue Cycle in May 2022. She has over 25 years of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience. She got her start as a Medical Biller at an FQHC in Chicago, eventually becoming their Revenue Cycle Director. She has experience in organizing and directing patient revenue activities, implementing and training others in practice management systems, auditing, and financial reconciliation, and organizing communications and strategic plans for workflow efficiency across medical, dental, and behavioral health disciplines. Karen holds a master’s degree in Quality Assurance and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph in Whiting Indiana.
