What can I expect when I contact the Enrollment team?
We will ask you questions about your income, family size, age, and other details to find out which programs you may qualify for.
Based on your screening, we will schedule an appointment and let you know which documents to bring.
During your appointment, we will complete and submit your application and answer any questions you have.
What happens after I apply?
Processing times depend on the program. Our Enrollment team will explain what to expect and share next steps during your appointment.
How often do I need to renew?
Don't let your healthcare coverage expire! Use the guide below for renewal timelines:
Medicaid:
You must renew your coverage every year.
Renewal forms are mailed to your address on file with Medicaid. Make sure your address is always up to date with Medicaid.
Medicare and Marketplace:
Review your plan every year to make sure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget.
